Temporary Staff Leasing:
Short term placements are necessary to cover sudden spikes in workload or staff absence due to training, sick leave, maternity leave, compassionate leave and high employee staffing days e.g. during marketing campaigns, school fees and tax payment days among others.
Contract Staff Leasing:
We currently have 100+ staff on lease and still growing. We are responsible for all aspects of their HR management including recruitment, contracting, payroll, welfare management, and training and performance management, staff incentives and motivation. Typical roles include customer service advisors, bank tellers, technicians, engineers, front office administrators, sales agents, and field staff. These are long-term placements typically for the duration of the contract between Kudos Consulting and the Client.
Following employee lay-offs, clients will often offer those employees help with re-employment and Kudos Consulting offers a skills development service (CV review, interview skills development, career guidance, job search) tailored to the employee’s needs.
