Harriet has over twenty years’ of professional experience working with and consulting for non-governmental organisations, government and donor agencies as well as the private sector. She has been involved in programme and project design, management, coordination and supervision; feasibility studies; research; data quality assessments; restructuring; organisation reviews; human resources, management and organisational development consulting. Work assignments have included day to day management of organizations with respect to human resources and finances; implementing organisational policy and development of new strategies for increased effectiveness and competitiveness; and ensuring effective running of the affairs of the organizations in busy and goal oriented environments. She has and continues to do consultancy for several organisations to improve team performance and leadership development. Her work is at both national and international level
